I use a person-centered modality, meaning I empower clients to find their voice, strength and abilities within themselves. I am the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of yourself and your family.
Considering this, I employ a collaborative approach to healing, creating a better internal and external reality, through cognitive restructuring. Prayer, biblical principles and scriptures of encouragement and understanding are an accepted as part of our sessions upon request.
Just as physical illness is common to man, mental health is, too. Using empirical research, books, worksheets, fun family homework assignments and suggestion of creative outlets, I help you grow in love for yourself and radical acceptance of life.
I provide an open and inclusive space to work with however you need.
